I fais du food fairs...!

Last year I had the great chance to go to a food fair in Bulle. I was in HEAVEN. Tastings everywhere. Smiles everywhere. Friendly and food-happy people everywhere. Local cheeses, meats, wines, grappas, jams, artisanal beers, and the list goes on and on.

It is amazing this country is not more famous for its gastronomy. They are highly valuing and using their local foods. And they do it amazingly! This makes me happy, almost every day.
